Hello, I’m Lisa, founder of Reach For Yoga. My journey with yoga began in my late 40s during a turbulent period in my life. Yoga became a lifeline, helping me breathe again, guiding me back to joy, and giving me a steady hand through life’s challenges.
I live in the village of North Molton, just minutes from Exmoor, with my beloved dog and an ever-growing love for the rhythm of the seasons.
Over the years, I’ve trained in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Breathwork. I hold over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance-accredited training, but it’s my lived experience that really informs how I teach.
My passion lies in creating a welcoming space for people to explore yoga as a self-care practice, one that empowers you to soften, to strengthen, and to shine from the inside out.
